As we approach the end of our two weeks of Summer School, we would like to say a big thank you to all who have attended the classes. Your enthusiasm has been inspiring, and your feedback has given us lots of inspiration as we plan the next few months of our schedule.

The popularity of the Summer School morning sessions has inspired Kelly to create a Wednesday Morning Yoga course, which starts next week. There are just a few spaces left, so if you’d like to be there, sign up soon!

On Wellington Anniversary Day (Monday January 24) you can join Kelly for Yoga Playdate, a special two-hour class that promises to be lots of fun.

You are also invited to join Lynda for her Pranayama Practice course. Each session in this four week course will include some gentle warm-ups, various pranayama techniques, and a deep relaxation. The sessions will run from 5:45 – 7:00pm on Thursdays, starting on February 3rd.

On Saturday, February 12, Lynda will be presenting an Introduction to Yoga Philosophy. This two hour class will focus on the philosophy of yoga according to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. This class is open to all, and will run from 1:30 to 3:30pm.

We are just a month away from Simon Borg-Olivier’s workshop, which will be held on February 19 and 20. There are still spaces left in this four session workshop, and the earlybird price ends on Friday, January 21. Book your spot soon, and make the most of this opportunity to be taught by a truly remarkable yogi!

For those of you who have requested another gentle yoga course, check the schedule for March. Lynda will be presenting Gentle Yoga – Finding Ease, on Thursday evenings, starting on March 10. Enjoy a change of pace, and bring some balance into your busy life.

As you can see, there’s a lot to be excited about. We look forward to sharing the joys of yoga with you, and we encourage you to keep giving us your valuable feedback. Our regular timetable kicks off this coming Saturday. Check the website for details!
