Want to try yoga? Join us for this 6-week series to get your introduction. Beginners’ classes will focus on basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques. This course is appropriate for people of all ages, shapes and sizes who wish to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required.
