Heartfelt Yoga is not about a competitive or determined attempt to have more flexibility, better balance, more strength. It is about working in a loving way with your body and breathing patterns as they are right in this moment. And using the breath to help release areas of chronic holding, finding pleasure and joy as the mind and body relax together back into a state of natural well-being.

The power of therapeutic Yoga is that it works on releasing deep-seated tension patterns in the body-mind. This is achieved through its unique blend of movement/breathing/awareness and concentration, interwoven with a subtle healing of the spirit and heart.

This 4 week course will help you on the path to:

  • Re-discover your full, natural breath. (Poor breathing habits can keep us locked in a vicious circle of stress)
  • Improve your posture
  • Increase your resilience to stress
  • Release tension from shoulders, lower back, hips and hamstrings
  • Release negative patterns of thinking and feeling
