Express classes are 50 minutes long.
Regular classes are 75 or 90 minutes in length. See Pricing Info for both types of class.
General Classes are suitable for most levels – from fit beginner to seasoned yogi.
Intermediate Classes are suitable for yogis who have been practicing consistently for 6 months or more.
**Please note: the Yoga Sangha classes are donation pay-what-you-can classes. Please bring cash with you as these classes are not included in Unlimited packages or concession cards.
