Annie Chapman is an IYTA certified Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist and has practiced Yoga since childhood. She has a special interest in Yoga for such conditions as stress, anxiety, depression, menopausal problems and chronic pain. She is passionate about the benefits of yoga for physical and psychological well-being and has a deepening commitment to nurturing the inherent human impulse for natural spirituality and wholeness.
